Commercial License

Every HappyHorse Starter, Pro, and Studio subscription includes a full commercial license for all videos you generate. No royalties, no attribution required — your videos are yours.

What You Can Do

• Use generated videos in commercial projects, advertisements, films, social media, and products
• Distribute and monetize content containing your generated videos (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, streaming platforms)
• Use videos for client work and charge for it
• Include generated videos in presentations, marketing campaigns, or sold products

What You Cannot Do

• Claim that AI-generated video was filmed or directed by a human where disclosure is legally required
• Resell the raw video files as stock footage on competing platforms
• Use the service to generate content that violates applicable laws or our Terms of Service
• Reverse-engineer the underlying model or attempt to extract model weights

Model Terms

Videos are generated using the Minimax Hailuo 02 Pro model via WaveSpeed. Your use of generated output is subject to Minimax's applicable output license terms. HappyHorse grants no broader rights than those permitted under the underlying model license.

Free Tier

Free-tier videos (generated with signup credits) are licensed for personal and non-commercial use only. Upgrade to a paid plan for commercial use rights.
